You understand that OrevaApp operates on the decentralized TON blockchain and that on-chain actions are beyond our direct control.

OrevaApp is a decentralized application (dApp) built on Telegram's TON blockchain. Our ecosystem currently includes:

Gamified Mining – Earn OREVA and ZIPP tokens through community engagement.
Social Web3 – Participate in challenges, NFT trades, and community rewards.
Governance Tools – Vote on proposals and shape the future of OrevaApp.

3. User Responsibilities

By using OrevaApp, you agree to:

Use our services legally, ethically, and respectfully.
Refrain from fraudulent activity, spam, or exploiting smart contracts.
Secure your own wallet and private keys (we do not store or recover these).

OrevaApp Content – All branding, UI elements, and written material belong to OrevaApp.

5. Token & Ecosystem Risks

OREVA and ZIPP are utility tokens with no guaranteed value.
Participation in mining, airdrops, and trading involves risk.
OrevaApp is not liable for loss of tokens, price changes, or missed claims.
All on-chain transactions are irreversible.

6. Limitation of Liability

OrevaApp is not responsible for:

Smart contract bugs or third-party exploits (despite undergoing audits).
Downtime or errors from the TON network, Telegram, or validators.
User-side errors, including wrong wallet submissions or unclaimed rewards.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use OrevaApp for unlawful purposes such as fraud or money laundering.
Attempt to hack, manipulate, or reverse engineer any OrevaApp services.
Impersonate OrevaApp or mislead users about your relationship to the platform.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms of Use.
You abuse the system, exploit features, or submit false information.

We may also modify or discontinue services without prior notice as needed.
